Navy's design is created from me, inspired by the Obsession palette from Colourlovers

Navy is a charismatic earth pony whose talent is sailing. She owns a ferry company that starts from Canterlot and arrives at the Los Pegasus Bay.
She is always smiling and a great talker, and her sunny personality brings her many clients. She is  a bit greedy meaning that she'd do anything for you to try her ferry company and gain money but she can be generous if she wants to. She owns a seagull named Reveille that she found with a broken wing on the beach near Los Pegasus
